Technical Project Manager III

I was a technical advocate, enterprise representative and consultant for multiple teams within Staples Exchange. I was responsible for managing and implementing cross-team projects and initiatives. I drove prioritization, reporting on project status and ensuring timely progress toward objectives. I recommended changes and identified risks to ensure success. I developed and implemented processes to manage technical challenges, assisted in roadmap development, planning and reporting, and assisted internal and external technical teams in defining and communicating requirements, scope and process.

Senior Operations Analyst

I was responsible for providing operational support and training of our company wide promotional platform. I established standardized processes for reporting failures via incident tickets that resulted in a 50% month over month improvement of resolution duration times within my first six months. I advocated for workflow improvements that empowered associates, increased efficiency and reduced overhead.

I facilitated project discussions and training for the migration of a vendor portal that impacted over 10,000 external users. I identified, documented and communicated business requirements, timelines, technical failures and feature enhancements to cross-functional teams, business partners and senior leadership.

Senior eCommerce Analyst

I supported StaplesAdvantage.com as a member of the Staples Advantage B2B Operations eCommerce Team. Our focus was on designing, creating and maintaining a website that is easy to use, and that provides our contract customers with the tools they need to make doing business easy.
I implemented comprehensive dashboards and failure alerts and provided training on monitoring functionality. I performed analysis on the resulting reports and reviewed users sessions to identify site issues or negative trends. I collaborated with domain owners to identify areas of focus for enhancements. I proactively identified and resolved site issues to reduce escalations and manual intervention from other support teams.
